Thoughts on: DECORATING TEAM

Ever wonder who changes the banners and sees to it that all the necessary items are ready for each of the church seasons? That would be the “Decorating Team”. It's true that these dedicated people do such things as ironing, hanging banners, filling candles (no they’re not real) and cleaning the various items for each of the Worship Services, but as the church seasons change, so do the duties of the “Decorating Team”.

They realize that the “look or feel” of the church shows how much we care about what God has given us and sets the mood for our Worship. And they also know that the “feel” of the space REALLY INFLUENCES the “feel” of our hearts.

Whether it’s decorating Christmas trees, setting up flowers, or changing the colors for the church season, the “Decorating Team" is here to do whatever it takes to visually enhance all of our worship.

A SUMMARY

Although we almost never see these people doing their “thing” we all benefit from their talent and dedication. It’s their handiwork that gives our church the look and feel of a place where the atmosphere can lead to worship as soon as they enter.
