Mercy Meals

Nothing says “we care about you” more than a home cooked meal. So when families face surgery, new babies, or household emergencies, this ministry gets busy in the kitchen. Meals are prepared and delivered to help ease a difficult time; bringing with it God’s love and hope for a better tomorrow.

Here’s how you can “jump in:”

1)       Be a cook and make a meal to put in your freezer for handy
                    retrieval, or be ready to put together a meal with a days notice.

          2)       We sometimes have extra food from Midweek Meals which is
                     wrapped and put into the “cookie freezer” in the furnace room behind
                     the sanctuary.

          3)       Be a Meal Taker and deliver a meal already prepared.
