CREATIVE ARTS – Midweek Meals
Ministry Description
This ministry coincides with the calendar year for Impact. Each Wednesday evening at 5pm, a family-style meal is served for those who are attending Impact, Chat with the Pastor and Wednesday Worship. This is a time of fellowship and food for the body, which prepares the bodies for food for the spirit. This ministry is self-funded as the meals are offered at a nominal family-friendly fee and all proceeds go towards paying for the ingredients for the meal.
Serving Opportunities
Teams of 1-4 people prepare comfort-food type meals, either at home or in the church kitchen. Meals consist of an entrée, vegetables or a salad, bread, dessert and a beverage. Most teams prepare meals once or twice from September to May. If someone is interested in serving in this area, but can’t commit to an entire meal, providing dessert, or helping with set-up or clean-up, are welcomed.
