Windy's primary function is to support office personnel in meeting the daily needs of the congregation and staff.  This includes working with the worship team and assisting with daily office duties.  Windy has been a member of Community since 1994 and on staff since 1995.  We have seen her grow through her high school and college graduation, receiving her B.S. in Psychology; and from part-time staff to full-time staff to a staff assistant who is truly always assisting someone.  

Windy's Responsibilities include:

Worship Team:

• Take part in worship planning sessions
• Compile, create and print weekly worship folders
• Assist in preparation of worship and announcement slide presentations
• Assist in preparation of Community Connections – a weekly newsletter
• Assist in preparation of choir rehearsal needs

Office Support:

• Assist Receptionist in answering phones
• Oversee intake of prayer requests
• Print and distribute prayer chain information
• Assist office helpers
• Assist with special project needs of staff and event coordinators
